Karen Kay Wagner

Karen K. Wagner, 59, of Avis, passed away on July 16, 2021, at her home.

Born in Jersey Shore, Pa., on April 12, 1962, she was the daughter of Tom and Leona Welsh.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She was a graduate of Jersey Shore High School. She loved crossword puzzles and spending time with her family, her grandchildren and her dog, Fiona. She loved her coffee and music. Her laugh could light up a whole stadium. She loved the beach and the smell of fresh air. Her soul and spirit were so full of life and she knew how to make you smile. If you were a stranger she would make you feel welcome just be her presence. She had a heart of gold and was always there for anyone in need. She would have done anything and everything she could for her family and friends if she felt they were in need. Karen also like to crochet and check in on her friends daily if she could. Her days ran short but her memories will remain with us forever. Shes watching over her loved ones from up above with guidance and love through the journey of life.

Karen is survived by daughter, Vanessa Wagner; son, Terry D. Gregory III; and her grandchildren. Also, her boyfriend of roughly 20 years Dale Carson.

A memorial service will be held on August 7th at the John Yost Community Center in Lock Haven PA. Starting time is noon.
