Tammy Ann Collins, 60, of Greentown, passed away on February 15, 2021, at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Honesdale.
Tammy was the ultimate Disney fan, loved dogs, music, seeing Broadway shows, but most importantly, she loved her family.
Tammy joins her parents, Elmer and Dorothy, and her sister, Nancy in Heaven. She is survived by her children Michael, Melissa and Heather; her brother, Paul; her Aunt Maryann; her cousin Jennifer and her nieces and nephew.
Memorial contributions may be made to The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty of Animals (ASPCA) www.aspca.org. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
