Sandra A. (Melnik) Widmer

Sandra A. (Melnik) Widner, 78, passed away on March 2, 2025, in Pittsburgh, PA. She was born on July 15, 1946, to the late Henry and Althea (Haid) Melnik. She was a medical billing specialist for many years before retiring. She was a lover of all animals.
She is survived by her four children; Sherri Westerman Klaus of State College; Shelli Westerman Buchanan of Mercer; Staci Westerman Blair of Spring Boro; and Jason Westerman of Cogan Station. Sandra is also survived by her five siblings: Joan, Denny, Linda, James, and Debbie.
Along with her parents, Sandra was predeceased by her husband, Leonard Widmer.
There will be no funeral or memorial services for Sandra, as per her wishes. Please, in lieu of flowers, make donations or other contributions in her name to the ASPCA.
Sandra’s final wishes have been entrusted to Cremation Specialist of PA, 728 Main Street, Avoca, PA 18641.
