Rina Caroline Rebarchak

Rina(Nardon) Rebarchak, age 89, died peacefully on Tuesday, September 13 in her apartment at Providence Place, Drums.  Rina was born July 24, 1933 to Lino Nardon and Anna (Ianes) Nardon in Weston where she had been a life-long resident.

Rina was preceded in death by her husband James of 63 years, along with an older brother, Geno Nardon and a younger sister, MaryAnn Yaccino.  She is survived by four children: Debbie Stupak (Gene) of Macungie, PA, Cindy Donahue (Dennis) of Union Springs, NY, Jimmy Rebarchak (Bernadette) of Weston, and Dennis Rebarchak of Hazle Twp., nine grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

She was a lifelong member of Sacred Heart Church in Weston where she enjoyed being a choir member for many years.  Rina began her career as a seamstress in the Weston factory and had a passion for sewing and quilting. She worked for many years as a salesperson in Boscovs.  A proud Tyrolean, she was a member of the local Tyrolean Club in Hazleton and cherished her trips to visit family in Castelfundo, Italy.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on October 11th at Sacred Heart Church in Weston followed by interment at the Sacred Heart Cemetery. Guests will be received at the Church starting at 10 AM.
