Mary Colleen McCann

Mary "Colleen" McCann, age 91, passed away on July 28, 2026. She was preceded in death by her father, Patrick Joseph McCann and her mother, Hilda Marie Ott. Colleen was born in Johnstown, PA and raised in Ebensburg, PA. She attended Mount Aloysius High School in Cresson, PA and received Bachelor's Degree from Seton Hill College in Greensburg, PA. She attended the University of Pittsburgh where she received a Masters in Public Health. Colleen founded, and served as President, of McCann-Cannard and Associates, Inc. in Harrisburg, PA for over 40 years. The firm provided nutrition and food service management consultation to over 200 facilities and other institutions, including the Pennsylvania Prison system. She is survived by her cousin Barbara (Bill) Brennan and many second cousins. The family would also like to thank Colleen's dear friend, Dorothy Grimm, for her help and support especially during the last few years. Friends and relatives are invited to a funeral mass at Holy Name Catholic Church, Ebensburg, PA at 11:00a.m. on Thursday August 6, 2026. Internment will be private.
