Linda Jean Hicks
May 23, 1948 — May 24, 2018
Linda Jean Hicks, 70, born May 13th, 1948, passed away peacefully on May 24th 2018. Born to the late Jane E. (Anderson) Keen and Howard M. Ray, she was one of five children. She was preceded in death by her brother, Howard F. Ray (Eillen) and her sister, Peggy Ray. She leaves behind her sisters, Beverly Healy and Betty Shropshire. She grew up to marry the love of her life, Joel C. Hicks, who sadly preceded her in death, and had two beautiful children, Belinda (Ray) McKenney and Joseph Hicks.
As life grew, so did her family, she was blessed with Jessica, Tori, Joseph, Savannah and many many more grandhcildren. She also had many great grand children and five great great grandchildren! Unfortunatetly she was preceded in death by her two grandsons, Edward and David, and her granddaughter, Angel. Linda had many friends that she held dear, especially her life long friend and companion, Annie Jones.
She was a life long Senior Soldier of the Chester Salvation Army. A service will be held at the Chester Salvation Army on June 6th, 2018 at 11:00 AM.
