James A. Kowalczyk, 79, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away Friday, February 1, 2019, at Hospice Community Care, Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre. Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Cremation Specialist of Pennsylvania is entrusted with the arrangements.
