Gaynell G. Allen, 81, of State College, PA passed away April 23, 2018 at Greenhiils Village in State College. She was born in Phenix City, Alabama on May 6, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Theo and Mary (Bowen) Gray. Private funeral services were held from Cremation Specialist of Pennsylvania.
