Delores (DeDe) Marie Ramm (Mitstifer), 82, of Mechanicsburg, PA and formerly of Williamsport, PA peacefully passed away on Friday, March 17, 2023 surrounded by her loving family  She was born in Renovo, PA the daughter of the late Meldon L. and Rillia E. (McGraw) Mitstifer, Sr.  She was a graduate of Williamsport High School class of 1959 and a member of Saint Katharine Drexel Parish, Mechanicsburg.  DeDe was a vibrant, fashionable woman who never met a stranger. She loved kindly, compassionately and consciously without reservation.  She could always be found tending to her roses, sitting on her porch surrounded by friends and almost always in her bare feet.  She also loved and amassed an impressive collection of angels.  She is survived by her two children, Vincent Ramm, Sr (Jenny) of Cairo, GA and Karen E. Ramm of Camp Hill, PA; her sister Ruby A. Schmidt (John) of Ephrata, PA and brother Meldon L. Mitstifer, Jr (Kay) of Jersey Shore, PA; a nephew, seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.  She will be profoundly missed by family and friends that she blessed with her love and zest for life.  Private services will be held by the family at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Speranza Animal Rescue, 1216 Brandt Road, Mechanicsburg, PA  or online at www.speranzarescue.org, venmo: @speranzarescue or paypal: Speranzarescue@yahoo.com.
