Daphine L. Smith Archibold, 57, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away Saturday at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Plains Township. A memorial service will be held on Saturday July 7, 2018 at 4:00 P.M. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1240 Scott Street Wilkes-Barre, PA 18705. Arrangements are by Cremation Specialist of Pennsylvania, 728 Main Street Avoca, PA 18641.
