Barbara Tlapa, 64, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2019, at her home. Born in Brooklyn, NY on April 6, 1954, she was a daughter of the late Ed and Rita Doherty. Surviving is her husband, Chris Tlapa; daughter, Robyn and son, Chris. Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Cremation Specialist of Pennsylvania is entrusted with the arrangements.
